The seventh day of the KINTO futsal Serie A comes without L84 Torino, who will have to make up for the away match against Active Network on November 17th to prepare for the Main Round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League. Despite the absence, the day remains highly competitive, with the most awaited match taking place on October 20th: Covei Meta Catania Bricocity against Feldi Eboli.
Covei Meta Catania, undisputed leader of the championship, faces Feldi Eboli, who ranked second with a ten point advantage. The match was presented as a "remake" of the Italian Cup final and the last act of the Final Four of a Super Cup, underlining the importance of this match for both teams. Feldi Eboli, although in a secondary position, has already shown the ability to put the vice champions in difficulty, while Catania, with its striker Turmena, who scored nine goals in the lead, tries to consolidate its dominant position.
Meanwhile, the derby between Sporting Sala Consilina and Benevento in San Rufo was described as "important", with both teams determined to regain victory to achieve their objectives. Attention was also paid to Came Treviso, who wants to cancel the defeat against L84 Torino, and to Global Work Capurso, who, despite occupying the third-to-last position, has already scored 26 goals in seven championship matches.
Other notable matches include the match between Sandro Abate Avellino and Fortitudo Pomezia, with the former Alessandro Nuccorini on the pitch, and the one between Defender Giovinazzo and Vinumitaly Petrarca, where the former aims to overcome the latter in the search for his first title. All matches, with the exception of Covei Meta Catania Bricocity-Feldi Eboli, will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel of the 5-a-side Football Division, while the last two matches will be available in simulcast on Futsal TV.
For fans, the day offers a mix of important challenges and moments of great entertainment, with the promise of a final week full of emotions and results that could reorganize the championship standings. Fans will be able to follow the matches live and stay updated on the latest sports news thanks to the community and services offered by Corriere dello Sport–STADIO.
