Antonio Raimondo concluded the Frosinone–Sassuolo match with a hat-trick, the first of the young striker's career. The 3-1 victory was an "unforgettable night" for him, he declared during the press conference in the media room. The player, who has already shown he has an eye for goal, expressed gratitude towards the coach, the staff and the technical director for the support he received after a season in which he had not had great results.
The match, played at the Benito Stirpe Stadium, was a turning point for Frosinone, who consolidated their position in the Serie A standings. Raimondo scored the three goals in key moments of the match, demonstrating a mix of technique and vision of the game. The footballer underlined that, although the hat-trick is a personal achievement, the championship is long and requires continuity: "Only seven games have passed, there are 38 of them, so there is a lot to work on and improve."
Raimondo also spoke about his mental and physical development. He explained that he constantly works in the gym to improve his structure and that he always believes in his abilities, even when opportunities don't materialize. He thanked the coach for taking him into consideration and for helping him grow, as well as recognizing the role of the technical director who included him in the team after a difficult season.
During the interview, Raimondo mentioned that his celebration was inspired by a personal memory: a gesture of joy dedicated to his girlfriend and his friends. He also made a comparison with Raphina and Yamal, pointing out that although they are great examples, he focuses on giving his all in every match.
Finally, the young player asked if his performance will make him a candidate for the national team. He replied that the decision is not up to him and that his main objective remains Frosinone, hoping to continue contributing to the team's success. With the hat-trick, Raimondo proved to be a key element for the future of the club, and Frosinone will be able to count on him for the next matches of the season.
