The Sports Judge has issued the sanctions foreseen for the Serie C recovery matches, which will take place between Inter U23 and Scafatese (Group C) and Atalanta U23 against Vis Pesaro (Group B). The decisions concern three cases of misconduct, which resulted in suspensions and fines for players, coaches and fans.

In the first case, Marco Toscano from Scafatese was banned for three days for having committed violent conduct in the 49th minute of the first half. The player, while he was on the ground and could not play the ball, hit an opponent with his cleats in the genital area. According to the Sports Judge's assessment, the nature of the gesture, although not having caused harmful consequences, was clearly intentional and potentially harmful, which is why the sanction provided for by article 38 of the Sports Gaming Code was applied.

The second case concerns the coach Nicola Beati of Atalanta U23, disqualified for two days for having shown "disrespectful" conduct towards the refereeing team. In the 30th minute of the second half, during an FVS review, Beati repeatedly left the technical area to contest the referee's actions. The sanction was determined on the basis of article 36, paragraph 1, letter. a), of the Sports Gaming Code, for the continuation of disrespectful behavior.

The third case concerns the Vis Pesaro fans, who received a fine of 300 euros for throwing a plastic cup containing liquid onto the pitch in the 35th minute of the first half. The action was considered an act of violence against public safety, but did not cause damage or injury. The sanction was calculated based on article 25, paragraph 3, of the Sports Gaming Code, taking into account the organizational models adopted by the company.

Other disciplinary episodes were resolved with fines of 100 euros for the Barlettà fans and the Ravenna club, both for throwing plastic cups onto the pitch during their respective matches. In both cases, the sanctions were applied for violations of the rules of order and safety, without any damage or injury occurring.

These decisions will be valid for scheduled recovery matches, with suspensions preventing players and coaches from participating in future matches. The clubs involved will have to respect the provisions of the Sports Judge to avoid further sanctions.
