Juventus is preparing to challenge Genoa with an even younger squad, thanks to the arrival of Pagnucco, Owusu and Durmisi. Coach Gianluca Spalletti has decided to give space to the Primavera's talents, in a context in which the team is still affected by numerous absences due to injury. Players out include Celik, Conceicao, Nico Gonzalez, Grabara, Locatelli, Ekhator, Yildiz and Thuram, all recovering from injuries which have left the coaching department with a reduced roster.
For the match against Genoa, Spalletti composed the team with three goalkeepers: Vicario, Pinsoglio and Neto. In defense he chose Bremer, Gatti, Kelly, Kalulu, Cambiaso, Rugani, Lucumi, Cabal and the young Pagnucco, who finally had the opportunity to play at first team level. The midfield was entrusted to Koopmeiners, Douglas Luiz, McKennie, Sarr and Owusu, while in attack Kolo Muani, Zhegrova, Boga, Alajbegovic, Woltemade and Durmisi stand out. The inclusion of these three young players marks an important step in building a younger and more dynamic team.
The context of this call-up is that of a Juventus team that is trying to manage the shortage of key players. Absences due to injury forced Spalletti to review the composition of the team, but at the same time gave the young players the chance to demonstrate their value. Pagnucco, in particular, was presented as a name to watch, while Owusu and Durmisi showed a good level of preparation to face the challenge.
The coach underlined the importance of giving space to young people, but also reiterated the need to maintain a competitive team. Despite the difficulties, Juventus remains in a good position in the league table and aims to consolidate its leading position. The next match with Genoa will be a crucial test for the team, which will have to demonstrate that it can compete despite the absences.
In view of the match, Juventus will try to exploit the freshness and enthusiasm of the new arrivals, while Genoa will have to face a team which, despite having a younger squad, is led by an experienced coach determined to obtain positive results. The match promises to be an opportunity for Juventus' youngsters to showcase their talent and for the team to continue building a solid future.
