Parma coach Alberto Gilardino expressed his frustration and the group's determination immediately after the start of the match against Udinese at the Tardini. In an interview with DAZN, a few minutes after the start of the match, Gilardino declared that he was in full agreement with the management and the club: "We are aligned with the director and the whole club. We are not happy with the results obtained to date, even if we have seen something positive, but today we must collect something important for the team and for the boys".
The context is that of a season in which Parma showed moments of brilliance but failed to capitalize on the potential of the players. The coach underlines that, despite some signs of improvement, the results are still not satisfactory. The immediate objective is therefore to obtain a positive result against Udinese, a team that has demonstrated that it can compete at a high level. Gilardino also reiterated the need to maintain calm and concentration, key elements to transform performances into concrete points.
During the interview, Gilardino also touched on his long-term vision for the club. He highlighted the desire to build a solid and competitive team, leveraging the young squad and emerging talents. The coach underlined that collaboration with the management is fundamental to achieving these objectives, and expressed confidence in the work carried out by the club so far.
The match, which took place at 6pm, saw Parma face Udinese in a context of great pressure. The match was marked by moments of tension and a strong desire from both teams to obtain a positive result. Despite the energy of the crowd and the determination of the players, the final result was a point for Parma, who were thus able to consolidate their position in the Serie A standings.
Looking to the future, Gilardino hinted that the club will continue to work on tactical improvements and squad management. The management and the team are ready to do everything necessary to transform performances into concrete points, with the aim of reaching a prominent position in the final ranking. The next step will be to consolidate the defense, improve offensive production and maintain high motivation, elements that Gilardino believes are fundamental to Parma's long-term success.
