Alessio, former collaborator of Antonio Conte and now coach, commented on the work of Massimiliano Allegri in an interview broadcast by Stile TV. According to the former coach, Allegri was able to exploit Juventus effectively, demonstrating that he partially understood the work left by Conte. However, the coach underlined that in the following years the coach changed the game system, and that it will be interesting to observe how he adapts to Napoli, where the situation is different.
In detail, Alessio highlighted the initial difficulties due to numerous injuries, but expressed optimism that, gradually, the team will recover form and learn what is necessary. He recalled the positive experience with Frosinone and expressed anticipation for the next tests. Furthermore, he mentioned the impact of multiple competitions, which sap energy, and underlined that playing important Champions League matches is another challenge. To maintain competitiveness on two fronts, Allegri will have to make use of rotations, enhancing both the experience of veteran players and the contribution of young players.
Alessio then spoke about the race for the Scudetto, observing that Inter remains the best prepared team, with an already tested squad and a high level of enthusiasm. He said that despite having the best squad, victory is never guaranteed. He concluded that although Allegri and Conte manage players differently, the ultimate goal is the same: to extract the most from each player, winning with enthusiasm and calm.
