FCBarcelona celebrated its weekend with a concert by Melendi. The four players who are also part of the Spanish team –Rodri Hernández, Pedri González, Lamine Yamal and Fermín López– attended the Palau Sant Jordi, along with their partners, for the Asturian singer's Pop Rock Tour. The event, which began at 9:00 p.m., was part of the tour promoting Melendi's next album, which will be released in the coming months.
TVE journalist AlbertCastillo, who was present in one of the boxes, highlighted the presence of the Barcelona fans. Among them, Rodri was noted as one of the most dedicated, embracing music and enjoying the artist's best-known songs. The four players, who are also starters for Barça, took time to relax after the 6-1 victory over Alavés on Saturday night.
On Sunday morning the team met at the Ciutat Esportiva for a recovery session, since all four players had participated in the match. On Monday, Barcelona prepares for the Champions League match against AstonVilla, which will be played at 9:00 p.m. With training already scheduled, the players will have to maintain their physical shape for next week's match.
