Tijjani Noslin expressed optimism and caution in an interview with Sky Sport immediately after the match against Parma. The young Lazio striker reiterated that, despite the recent 3‑0 victory against Juventus, the team is still far from reaching the final goal of the championship. “Gattuso tells us to continue to look ahead, to play one game at a time,” said Noslin, underlining the importance of maintaining the right mentality and continuing on this line of thinking.
The result against Juventus was described as "difficult", but Noslin highlighted that, if Lazio can play their style of football, they can achieve results against any opponent. “If we play our football we can get a result against anyone,” he said, inviting his teammates not to lose faith. The striker also asked if the team can remain at the top of the table, to which he replied with a mixture of confidence and realism: "A little yes and a little no, we have to look forward."
The context of the match against Parma was characterized by a tactical approach decided by coach Gattuso. The coach asked the players not to focus too much on the immediate score, but to maintain concentration on each individual match. Noslin confirmed that the team is working to consolidate its position in the standings, while acknowledging that the road to the title is still long.
Furthermore, Lazio has recently seen the arrival of new attackers, including Pinamonti, which has sparked debates about the future of the attack. Coach Gattuso showed some indecision between Noslin and Pinamonti, but maintained faith in the potential of both. The interview also mentioned the club's recent performances, highlighting that the team is trying to find a balance between defensive solidity and attacking efficiency.
Looking to the future, Lazio must continue to build on this foundation of trust and discipline. With the season still ongoing, the club aims to consolidate its position in the table, whilst maintaining a long-term vision. The next meetings will be decisive to understand if the team can maintain the positive course and get closer to the final goal of the championship.
