The interview with Lorenzo Palmisani, Frosinone goalkeeper, was published by DAZN before the home match against Sassuolo. The central defender recalled the last match against Napoli, calling it "very difficult", but underlined that the past is no longer relevant: "Now we only think about this match".
Palmi, who has received many requests from fantasy coaches, expressed the sense of pressure involved in being chosen by numerous fans. “I feel a lot of pressure, but I let it slide off me,” he explained, adding that even his family members “bought” it as a joke, but that it's nice to hear these comments.
The goalkeeper ended the interview on a positive tone, underlining the importance of focusing on the present and not being distracted by external expectations. His statement comes at a time when Frosinone are looking to consolidate their position in Serie A, as the club faces a series of challenges both on and off the pitch.
The match against Sassuolo promises to be crucial for the standings, and Palmisani's role will be crucial for Frosinone's defence. With the match scheduled, fans will be able to see whether the pressure the goalkeeper has accepted will translate into solid performances and a favorable outcome for the team.
