American rapper Tyler, The Creator will be the latest artist to grace the front of FC Barcelona’s kit when the Catalan club hosts Real Madrid in the upcoming La Liga Clásico on 25 October. The special‑edition shirt will feature the GOLF logo in place of the usual Spotify branding, marking the ninth artist takeover under the club’s partnership with the streaming giant. Tyler follows a string of high‑profile collaborators that have appeared on Barça jerseys in the past, including Drake, Rosalía, The Rolling Stones, KAROL G, Coldplay, Travis Scott, Ed Sheeran and Olivia Rodrigo.
The GOLF logo represents GOLF WANG, the streetwear and fashion label founded by Tyler in 2011. In addition to the match against Real Madrid, the Barcelona women’s team will wear the same limited‑edition shirts in their 24 October fixture against Granada. A total of 1,899 jerseys will be produced, a number that nods to the club’s founding year of 1899. The partnership will also extend off the pitch, with Barça and GOLF WANG collaborating on a capsule collection that includes jackets, hoodies, track pants, T‑shirts, shorts, scarves, socks and more.
Tyler has recently released the singles “SAG Harbor” and “THAT Guy” from his 2025 album *Don’t Tap The Glass*. The artist’s involvement comes as Barcelona look to maintain their perfect start to the league campaign, having won all eight of their opening matches and sitting five points clear of Atlético Madrid and Betis. Real Madrid, meanwhile, are six points behind after losing two of their first eight La Liga games under new manager José Mourinho.
Both clubs still have one more La Liga fixture before the Oct. 25 meeting at the Spotify Camp Nou. Barcelona will travel to Real Betis on Saturday, while Madrid host Sevilla the following day. The upcoming Clásico will not only showcase a unique blend of music and sport but also serve as a critical test for both teams as they aim to secure their positions at the top of Spain’s premier division.
