PSG is the subject of great agitation around the potential transfer of Ibrahim Maza, a young 20-year-old Algerian striker, whose value is estimated at 50 million euros by Transfermarkt. The rumor has gained intensity in recent days thanks to the intervention of two influential personalities from the club: Malik Bentalha, comedian and great supporter, and producer DJSnake, both very close to PSG. On October 31, Bentalha published a direct tweet to the Parisian leaders, requesting the signing of the player. DJSnake responded by emphasizing that “I’ve been doing laundry for Nasser for a year,” referring to the club’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi. These messages quickly circulated on social networks, fueling speculation about a possible departure of the player from Bayer Leverkusen to the French capital.
Ibrahim Maza, who currently plays for Bayer Leverkusen, has already proven himself at the start of the season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in ten matches. His performances attracted the attention of several European clubs, including PSG, who reportedly showed concrete interest according to the German press. However, the Parisian club have made it clear, via RMC Sport, that they do not plan to submit an offer for Maza during the next winter transfer window. The move comes as PSG faces the prolonged absence of KhvichaKvaratskhelia, which has sparked questions among supporters about the depth of the attack.
Despite the visible support of Bentalha and DJSnake, the reality of the Parisian transfer window seems to remain firm. The club does not plan to recruit the young Algerian international in January, which could dampen the hopes of many fans. However, Maza's presence in the discussions could boost his profile during the next transfer periods, and it remains to be seen whether DJSnake's “pressing” will end up influencing Nasser Al-Khelaïfi's decision. In the meantime, the Maza file continues to make headlines and arouse the interest of Parisian supporters, who hope to see their team strengthen its forward attack with promising talent.
