FCBarcelona continues its perfect streak with a resounding victory over Galatasaray in Istanbul, consolidating itself as one of the most dominant teams in the world. The match, which was part of the group stage of the Champions League, ended 4‑1 in favor of the Catalan and marked coach HansiFlick's tenth consecutive victory in any competition. The performance of LamineYamal, who scored and assisted, was the focal point of the victory and generated headlines in media around the world, from Marca and As in Spain to L’Équipe and Onze Mondial in France.
Since the start of the season, Barça has maintained an impeccable record, with nine official matches without losing and 43 goals scored. The international media have highlighted the offensive superiority and the precision in the pass: in the match against Galatasaray, 625 passes were recorded with 91% accuracy, almost triple the rival. Yamal's performance, with eight goals and nine assists this season, positions him as the team's key figure and a constant threat to any opponent's defenders.
The victory in Türkiye not only reinforces the team's confidence ahead of the upcoming matches, but also sends a direct message to Paris Saint-Germain. Barça faces PSG at the Parc des Princes in seven days, followed by the Clásico against Real Madrid. French media, such as L'Équipe and Onze Mondial, have warned that PSG must pay special attention to Yamal, who, although he did not score, created numerous scoring chances and showed exceptional form.
The context of the season also highlights Barça's consistency in the League, where they have had ten victories in the opening phase. The Spanish press, with headlines such as “Barça's 10‑43‑0 is scary” and “The culés have a string of ten victories”, has highlighted the team's ability to maintain the pace both in the Champions League and in the domestic competition. Coach Flick and his squad have shown that the Catalan style of play, based on possession and fluid attack, remains one of the most effective in Europe.
Looking towards the future, Barça is preparing for two most demanding tests: the duel with PSG and the Clásico. With the streak intact and the confidence of players like Yamal, the Catalan team seeks to maintain its dominance and continue surprising the global football community. The next phase of the Champions League and the League matches will be crucial to confirm if FCBarcelona can sustain its performance and close the season with another historic record.
