Christ Inao Oulai, the young 17-year-old midfielder, is having difficulty finding his place in the Fiorentina squad. Acquired in the summer for 26 million euros plus bonuses, the Ivorian was sold to Trabzonspor in Türkiye after just one year in Florence. The adjustment is not proceeding as expected and, according to some, his near future could bring him back to Türkiye again.
The Turkish club, Galatasaray, has shown strong interest in Oulai. The club has observed the youngster in action during the last season and would like to add the midfielder to their squad to strengthen the central defense. However, Fiorentina does not seem to be willing to sell him, at least for the January transfer window.
Despite the difficulties of adaptation and the interests of foreign clubs, Fiorentina declared that they have clear ideas on the management of the player. Oulai is not expected to leave for the January transfer window, and the team seems to want to give the youngster a chance to improve and integrate into their lineup.
