Milan confirmed that the two young players Christian Comotto and Francesco Camarda have not had many opportunities on the pitch this season. The midfielder was never included in the game, while the striker recorded just eight minutes of play, highlighting the need for a new approach for the future. Agent Giuseppe Riso, who managed the two players, could consider a solution for January.
Over the summer, six clubs showed interest in the two talents. For Comotto, negotiations started with Genoa, Parma and Bologna, who would have requested a loan, while Juventus had serious intentions of buying him. However, Milan management decided to block the negotiations, keeping the midfielder within the club. Camarda, however, has been the subject of requests from Atalanta and Fiorentina, both interested in a temporary solution.
According to the video published by Matteo Moretto on YouTube, the two previous Milan coaches, Maurizio Sarri and Massimiliano Grosso, were willing to orient the transfer market in order to give more minutes to the two players, convinced of their potential value for the team. Despite these proposals, the situation has not changed and now it is up to the new coach, Amorim, to enhance the two talents and decide their role in the squad.
Milan will therefore have to evaluate whether to keep Comotto and Camarda in the team or look for alternatives for January, in order to guarantee them a more active role and contribute to the success of the team in the current season.
